CBI received a Notice from Delhi high court, this notice is related to sister Abhaya murder case. One of the accused sister Steffy lodged a complaint in Delhi High court saying that, CBI humiliated her by conducting a Virginity test on her.
Sister steffy said, she didn't do any hymenoplasty surgery, that restores virginity.
She added that " I can prove my virginity any medical board".
Sister Abhya killed in 1992. After 16 years CBI has arrested steffy and two other
priests. Sister steffy was with these priests when incidents happened. Sources said
this relationship leads to Abhaya murder. So CBI conducted a virginity test on sister steffy
