Pharmacy Companies stopped supply

Pharmacy Companies stopped supply of Medicine to Medical colleges in Kerala, due to heavy outstanding bills. Companies revealed that there is five crores of rupees outstanding bills are there at Medical colleges in Kerala. Below poverty line patients are forced buy medicines from out side shop, this is not affordable for many low class peoples. Companies said that there is one crores of rupee out standing against hospital equipment bill and 430 crores of rupee outstanding against medicine bill .
If any government would comes, this is the picture basic state-sponsored facilities.
Citizens with plenty of money can afford private hospital bills. Where poor man will go?
